We encourage all faculty, staff and students to sign up for TechAlert, the university’s emergency alert notification system. TechAlert! provides notifications about emergency situations on campus, class cancellations or delays.
TechAlert! is used only in event of an emergency as defined by university officials, and the contact information supplied to TechAlert! will not be used for any other purpose.
The system is pre-loaded with the primary phone numbers listed in the university’s student and employee information databases. But this number may not be the best number for use in an emergency situation. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to sign up for TechAlert! and to keep their information updated whenever phone numbers or e-mail addresses change.
